Welcome to our Coffee School! A place on a coffee course can be a great gift for a coffee lover or simply a treat for you if you want to learn more about coffee - an amazingly complex subject.
This course is designed by our top-class barista trainers to cover absolutely every aspect of espresso. Perfect for the beginner it will start with what components make the perfect shot, what can affect the beautiful drink and how it can go wrong.

*The history of espresso
*Basic principles of pulling shots – rate of flow, under and over extraction;
*Dose and grind size
*Machine use - tasting under, over and correct extraction
*Grinder setting, tuition on achieving correct extraction
*Adjusting dose to change flavour profile
*Grind distribution
