Our Machines - Introduction
An obsession for quality, passion for the best tasting espresso and looks that will grace the finest bars is the selection process used when selecting traditional machines at Origin.
In order to ensure our customers serve the best possible espresso we abide by a strict list of requirements when sourcing our machines.
Our ability and experience to taste the perfect espresso through sweetness, acidity and body has led us to working with machines that not only provide total temperature stability but also have the option of adjusting the brew temperature.
Why is this important? At Origin we source only Arabica coffee that needs to be extracted at a lower temperature to develop these flavours as opposed to Robusta which needs a higher brew temperature to bun out the bitterness.
