Origin is proud to have worked with Carlos Pola on his beautiful hillside farms near the Santa Ana volcano in El Salvador since 2015. He is a true pioneer within the industry and leads the way – from producing delicious coffee, to creating innovative production techniques that he then shares with the wider coffee community – Carlos’s passion has inspired us from the outset.
