Our Mainstay subscriptions showcase some of our longest standing Direct Trade partnerships. With an espresso blend, filter and decaf option, these coffees are roasted to have a consistent flavour and are available throughout the year.
If you select espresso, this will be our Resolute blend which our idea of a classic coffee. A consistent and full-bodied cup, with a defined dark chocolate and nut-like profile.
For filter you'll currently receive Nicaragua Los Altos. This is a delicious session coffee from our long term partners, The Mierisch family. In this cup you'll enjoy a flavour profile of roasted almonds, chocolate and brown sugar notes. As coffee is a crop, seasonality means that Los Altos switches with Colombia San Fermin at times. This is another great session coffee – a comforting coffee you can drink all day long. San Fermin boasts flavours of orange sherbet, caramel and berries with a medium body and refreshing finish.
Our decaf changes a couple of times a year to reflect seasonality and demand but it is always roasted to have a consistent flavour profile. Alongside our partners CR3 in Germany, we decaffeinate our own Direct Trade coffee from anywhere in the world, using the CO2 process that is chemical free and sustainable.
