Pathfinder is roasted to highlight the incredible terroir of the coffees it contains. We source coffees that are inherently sweet and complex, bringing them together to create a blend that is captivating and unique.
The Mwika North Cooperative is located just 8km from Kenya and is referred to as the gateway to Mount Kilimanjaro by the local community. The rich volcanic soil that surrounds the mountain creates an incredible coffee with a consistent flavour profile and clean, defined citrus and berry notes; they act as the backbone to this version of Pathfinder.
The Mierisch family are some of our longest standing direct trade partners. Their experimental and innovative approaches to farming, processing and plant care result in some truly incredible coffee. The red fruit and light plum flavours in the Los Altos Red Catuai combine with Mwika North AA to form an added sweetness to the final cup.

Roast days are Tuesdays and Fridays. All orders placed by midnight the day before will be sent out first-class on the roast day.
