This module is for highly experienced baristas who have completed Intermediate level. Ideal for Head Baristas looking to provide in house training or to start competing at a professional level.

SCAE certification fee:
25 points earned towards SCAE Coffee Diploma
The science and evaluation of extraction.
Roasted coffee storage variables.
Roasting and its influence on flavour.
Advanced latte art.
Advanced Barista Equipment Evaluation.
4 practical tests and a written exam (35 questions with a pass rate of 80% required).
Testing is incorporated into the course time.
Certification mandatory requirements:
Completion of Barista Skills Intermediate module.

Training lab is located downstairs from the cafe.
Maximum of four people on a course. No minimum number for courses to run.
