Maxwell wins UKBC 2012

Congratulations to Maxwell Colonna-Dashwood who is now officially, and proudly, the UK's best barista! Last week the pressure was on as 20 of the country's best baristas made their way to London to compete to win the coveted title of UKBC Champion 2012. The semis couldn't have been more tense from an Origin perspective. We had Origin trainer Dave competing, along with two other baristas (Maxwell and Dan Fellows) using coffee roasted for them by us. It was a tough competition. In the time that we've been involved in the UKBC the standard has made a massive leap every year and this year, Maxwell raised the bar again.
