Good Luck to the Lazy Cow!

25-09-2012

Congratulations and Good Luck to the Lazy Cow, Modbury!

We'll be sending all the 'Good Luck' vibes we can muster over to the Lazy Cow on November 1 when the finalists of the Devon Life Food and Drink Awards 2012 will be announced.

After a tense wait to hear whether they had made it to the finals, the cafe - which of course, proudly serves Origin Coffee - was told they have been nominated as Best Tea Room in this year's prestigious awards.

The winners will be announced at a posh gala awards ceremony to be held at Sandy Park, Exeter on Monday.

The Lazy Cow, which was nominated by its loyal customers, is battling against two others in the same category to win the coveted title - a recognition which pays dividends for the winning businesses.

We think they've done brilliantly to be nominated as a finalist! Well done guys! And we all have our fingers crossed for Monday.

In the meantime if you're in the Modbury area, why not stop by and try a cream tea (or maybe a coffee?).
