Get Away with Great Coffee: London
Introduction
This week we’re discovering lesser-known destinations in the capital. We spoke to our friends at Liten to find out the local spot they love, and why.
Liten
South Hampstead, London| @liten_coffeeshop | Mon-Fri 7.30am-4pm | Sat 8.30am-4pm | Sun 9am-4pm.
A small space with a mighty presence; Liten is a brilliant, quality-led, neighbourhood coffee shop in South Hampstead. A mainstay in the community, with carefully selected goods that celebrate seasonality, independent businesses, and creative minds, Liten is the place to go for house-made goodness, including granola alongside, of course, a brilliant cup of coffee. Whether you’re a seasoned local, or popping in for the first time, the welcome is always warm. Don’t miss out on one of their popular pavement gatherings, with a series of Liten Lates put on throughout the year, showcasing exceptional food and drink, all with plenty of good vibes.

Tell us about your favourite local spot
Parliament Hill Lido Sauna is a firm favourite of ours—there’s a real community around the sauna and depending on who's there on the day it can be super chatty or more peaceful and meditative. Socialising in a swimsuit is a very levelling experience!
What coffee are you drinking?
Filter all day long! We just picked up a great coffee from Stone Valley Coffee Roasters in Clonakilty, Ireland; it's a super tasty Honduran roasted for filter. We plan on showcasing them on our guest rotation in the shop this year.
