Our annual Roastery Christmas Market returns. Come and explore an incredible lineup over the weekend that celebrates the very best of local artisanal talent, with food and drink, arts, crafts, makers, and more. From unique wares and seasonal gifts, incredible food and exclusive coffee tastings, to Christmas carols and wreath-making, grab a coffee or cocktail around the fire, get into the festive spirit and enjoy a wintry weekend at the Roastery.   

All welcome, no booking required. 

When: Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th December, 09.30am - 3.30pm 

Where: The Roastery, Porthleven, Cornwall. 

We’re opening the doors to our QC room this winter and hosting guests from some of the coffee industry’s leading equipment brands. Our relaxed drop-in sessions provide the chance to explore the art of coffee brewing, and get hands on with pour over vessels, high performance grinders and precision brewers.

Whether you’re a coffee enthusiast or just curious about the latest brewing tech, this is an open opportunity to experiment with different methods, refine your technique, and of course, enjoy some exceptional coffee. 

Join Origin and Luke Powell from Brewed by Hand, and experiment with leading coffee brewing equipment brands such as Comandante, Wilfa, and Hario, featuring products such as the V60 and Performance Brewer. Luke will be on hand throughout the session to support with the devices and answer all of your brewing questions.

Join us for an exclusive event with precision pod brewer manufacturer, Morning. They’ll be showcasing their new milk steaming machine, the Dream. This is your chance to try out the Dream firsthand, and experience how it pairs seamlessly with Morning’s innovative pod machines for creating outstanding coffee at home.

To celebrate the launch of our Christmas coffee collection, the Origin coffee team will be hosting a series of tasting experiences, exploring the range through a method called ‘cupping’. Join us for a relaxed, festive evening exploring your senses and then putting your skills to the test in a fun blind tasting competition, with great prizes on offer. 

All welcome, no coffee experience required. 

Cost: £15 per ticket, inclusive of complimentary drinks, Origin goodies, a bag of our Christmas Blend coffee and the chance to win prizes on the night.
