This is our third year of comprehensive annual reporting, and we’re able to reflect on the incredible progress we’ve been making.
By establishing tangible, data-driven targets this year, we are ensuring accountability and full transparency; meaning that when we say we’re paying fairly, acting responsibly, and continuously striving for improvement, we can prove it.
2023 was a big year of growth for us. Fuelled by our first outside investment, we opened a new coffee shop in Bristol, which expanded our educational and retail offerings, and recertified as a B Corp with a significantly improved score.
