"My intention is to always choose the most fun and elaborate coffee from each origin. It takes a lot of time and effort to get the coffee we want and bring it to the UK, but that challenge is also my favourite part. It allows me to meet producers, share what we’re doing at Origin, and showcase coffee from my home country. It's something I'm incredibly proud of."
Yangui Special Edition Gesha
The Poitsonü family draw on generations of tea‑processing expertise to craft a naturally processed Gesha that reflects both place and tradition. The result is a soft, expressive cup with delicate florality, and an example of Taiwanese craftesmanship at its most considered.
