Stronghold celebrates our long-standing partnerships with direct trade farmers in Brazil. This espresso blend features a darker roast profile and highlights two exceptional coffees.
The base comes from Fazenda São João, a naturally processed coffee from the Bachião family, which we’ve sourced for over 10 years. It offers deep notes of dark chocolate, truffle, and toffee.
The top component is from Fazenda Das Almas, our oldest partner since 2010. This pulped natural coffee, from a plot planted in 1966, brings almond, marzipan, and caramel flavours. Together, these elements create a well-balanced, rich espresso blend that reflects our commitment to quality and collaboration.
