Every evening during August our coffee shop on South Street, Edinburgh, will transform into a pop-up negroni bar in partnership with our friends at Electric Spirit Co. Hairdresser turned renowned food artist and founder of Sando, Ged Warrack, has curated a delicious 5-course curation of incredible bread and bold Japanese-inspired flavours for his week-long residency at Origin.
