Hosted by our brilliant coffee team, Director of Coffee Freda Yuan and Barista Trainer Fraser Ballantyne, you'll learn more about the world of speciality coffee in this session: from how best to brew at home, to picking out flavour notes and understanding the importance of seasonality. You'll get the chance to taste the difference between supermarket and speciality coffee, as well as exploring our incredible range of single-origin coffees.
