Best brewing course
We’ve learnt a lot about the techniques of how to make a perfect coffee! It has been a great experience. The course was very engaging and useful! I would highly recommend this course to anyone interested in filter coffee.

Could not have been better
A fantastic course - exactly what I was looking for. I loved the approach of taking each factor in turn and demonstrating how changing it changed the resulting flavour. I learned loads and grateful for the very patient, good humoured and expert tuition. The time passed so quickly because it was a really enjoyable experience, wish it had gone on through the afternoon as well. Many thanks, Nick.
