2016 UKBC Heat in Bristol.

The team have been celebrating this week following incredible results at the UK Barista Championships Bristol heat on Wednesday.

Ranking second place in the heat with a sterling performance was Jesse Dodkins, our South West Training Manager, who also won ‘Best Signature Drink’.

Congratulations also go to TJ Greenall (Wholesale Manager), James Hansen (Head Barista at the Origin bar in Selfridges London) & Mark Williams (from Relish Food & Drink in Wadebridge) for their incredible performances on the day.

With Bristol being the final of the regional heats, this now takes Dan Fellows our Head of Wholesale, Jesse Dodkins & William Pitts the GM of our Charlotte Road Coffee Shop through to the nationals. Current rankings are as follows:

The team have again showcased the exciting nature of speciality coffee and the dedication and skill required to be a professional barista. The Nationals will be hosted at London Coffee Festival with the Semi-Finals on Saturday 9th April 2016 and the finals the following day.
