A twist on the classic negroni. The addition of coffee lends an additional complexity to this drink, without compromising the balance of bitter and sweet flavours. Introducing the Cold Brew Negroni.
RECIPE
- 25ml Dry Gin (we use Chase Gin)
- 25ml Campari bitters
- 35ml Sweet Vermouth (we use Knightor Rosé Vermouth)
- 35ml Origin Cold Brew
METHOD
- Add all ingredients to a mixer and stir with ice until condensation starts to form on the side.
- Strain into a glass, and garnish with fresh orange peel and a sprig of rosemary.
