Plenty of practice and personal attention

Excellent. Good tutor. Small number of attendees, so plenty of personal attention. Unrestricted opportunity to practice.

Room was rather hot, it could do with some ventilation or a fan.

        A few hours well spent

I really enjoyed the Latte art course in Southwark last Sunday afternoon . As you would expect from Origin, everything was set up very professionally . Our trainer Dean was great and very passionate about what he does. I would recommend this course to anyone, it was a wonderful birthday gift from my partner.

Excellent Primer on Milk Steaming and Art

I learned that I've been steaming milk at home completely wrong. What I really liked about the course was the hands-on practice of making espresso and learning the proper techniques for milk steaming. Latte art is difficult for a beginner, but I feel I have a better understanding of how to practice now at home. Vey relaxed atmosphere and enjoyable 2.5 hours.

        Informative and fun course

A good refresher on making espresso with plenty of handy tips followed by tutorial and lots of practice (I must have made at least 30 coffees) on three latte art designs....

        Latte Art!!

        Hello, great class!

I do have some comments and observations, but these are meant to be constructive, me and my wife had a great time.

First of all Kudos on teaching us about the BCB the barista training drops! It feels good to not waste that much milk!

My main comments are not actually about the class itself, but about the description of the course and the availability.

        - I would appreciate if there is a bit more of filtering or clarification as per the level of current coffee experience for the participants. In my class 3 out of 5 were way advance that the other 2, and so part of the class was used to bring the other 2 up to speed whilst we were sort of waiting (felt like a little waste of time).

        - For the Southwark locations, it would be good if the classes are limited to 4 people so that everyone has their own space to practice.

        - The instructor was a great teacher on the practical elements, but was a bit slow explaining the theory.

Again, great class, I only suggest this in order to improve.
