Our range of Timemore products pair brilliantly with our Single Origin coffees. A favourite has become our filter coffee subscription, for a new cofffee every month to use with your Timemore equipment.
You simply need a coffee brewer and some coffee filter papers to get started. We always recommend weighing your dose, so scales are important too. That's it, you're good to go. Elevate your setup with a home grinder, kettle, ceramic cup and server.
Again, this depends on the coffee and final profile you want. A good benchmark is to use 15g of coffee per 250g of water, and aim for a brewing time of 3-5 minutes. Watch our coffee brew guides for more information.
We operate a next day despatch (excluding weekends). As standard, all UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 which means that orders generally take 2 days to arrive from the point it’s despatched from our Roastery. For a fee, you can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Parcelforce which offer next day delivery. Please note this is from point of despatch, not from point of purchase. If you’re short on time (or coffee) we would always recommend ordering ahead.
While our delivery service is reliable, we cannot guarantee it due to potential external delays through our couriers in Royal Mail or DPD . This is extremely rare however and we'll contact you if we're aware of any delays to your order.

Yes you can! Simply add what message you would like to include in the order notes and we’ll include it on a branded card in the order. If you forget, please email our Customer Service team ASAP and we'll add this for you.
