Had this home espresso course given to me for Xmas as I was starting my espresso journey with a new Sage machine at the same time.
Was really helpful to learn fully how to make proper espresso, including correct grinding, weighing and timing to ensure consistent quality. Plenty of hands on experience of machines (only 4 of us on the course so able to be fully involved and ask loads of questions) and no skimping on coffee or milk in the preparation of all the try outs. Really friendly presentation by Gio the course leader, finishing with a tour of the (huge) roastery and a free bag of beans to leave with.
I would heartily recommend the course to anybody - even experienced home baristas - there were a couple of those on my course who also said it was invaluable learning.
