  • In the highlands of Zumba, Ecuador, lies the canton of Los Romerillos, a small town that once thrived on fine wood from the Romerillos tree. Today, the community has embraced coffee farming, honoring its past while pioneering new practices.

Zumba is home to the Bracamoros Coffee fair, named after the region's first inhabitants. The fair highlights the top 100 local producers, showcasing the finest specialty coffees.

Since 2018, we’ve worked closely with these growers, supporting agronomy programs that focus on innovative fermentation methods, some lasting up to 100 hours. The dry climate allows for year-round harvests, with peak season from June to August. Coffee varieties like Bourbon, Typica, and Caturra grow here, processed using the washed method, producing a clean and exceptional cup.
