To celebrate the launch of Das Almas, we’re hosting tasting sessions across the UK. Beginning with a guided cupping to taste the varied profiles of the coffee set, over the evening you’ll also learn the techniques of fermentation, and the story and motivation behind the experiment. The cupping is followed by a blind tasting challenge, where your palate will be put to the test to identify the different processing methods.
Suitable for coffee professionals and curious learners alike, these events offer a deep dive into the complexities of fermented coffee, and an opportunity to try one of our most exciting releases of the year. Tickets cost £5.
