In the spirit of active living, we’ve mixed our favourite morning ritual of coffee with Pentire’s delicious blend of botanicals to ease into the evening. Their Seaward non-alcoholic spirit is a bright, zesty, and uplifting blend of consciously sourced ingredients, including sea rosemary, sea buckthorn, and woodruff.
With a view to rest and recharge at the end of the day, our Roastery Café General Manager and drinks expert, Adam Pascoe, took inspiration from Seaward’s citrus top notes, to come up with a refreshing take on the classic Paloma cocktail—perfect for relaxing, unwinding, and sharing in good company. Here’s how to make the Paloma Twist.
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Seaward
- 25ml Origin cold brew
- 50ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
- 1 teaspoon raw honey
- 10 thyme leaves
To garnish:
- 1 wedge of grapefruit
- 1 sprig of thyme
METHOD
- Gather all ingredients and pour into a cocktail shaker loaded with ice.
- Shake, then pour into a chilled martini glass.
- Serve with a wedge of pink grapefruit and a sprig of fresh thyme. Enjoy.
