Honduran coffee is renowned for its exceptional quality and unique character. Grown in the fertile soils and ideal microclimates in regions like Comayagua, beans are carefully nurtured by our producing partners such as The Mierisch Family. Their dedication to quality is evident throughout the farm, and they’re often recognised for this by winning several coffee competitions.
Honduran coffee employs various processing methods, with a wide variety of coffee varietals such as pacas, caturra and catuai grown there. Flavour profiles from Honduras are diverse too, with natural coffees displaying sweeter qualities whereas washed coffees have more stone-fruit acidic characteristics.
